Getting Started with Teams Phone
Deploying Teams Phone involves much more than porting telephone numbers and assigning Teams Phone licenses to your customer's users. The process begins with the need to migrate the customer from their current PBX system, including mapping those PBX features to new (and often different) features in Teams Phone. The migration process also requires the set up of new Auto Attendants, Call Queues, Dial Plans and, usually, a new Contact Center solution.
