Altigen Technologies has been at the forefront of business communication innovation for more than two decades. We were one of the first companies to introduce an all software communications platform, which literally changed the way businesses communicate. We continued down that path of innovation by introducing the first unified communications application for what were then called “smart phones”, now known as Apple and Android devices. We followed this up by providing the first integrated contact center solution for Microsoft OCS, which has undergone its own transformation – to Skype for Business to Lync to Microsoft Teams.

During this same time the world of technology was evolving from on-premises solutions to cloud-based solutions. Keeping pace with these changes, we launched native cloud versions of our previous on-premises products and now offer integrated cloud-based Unified Communications and Contact Center solutions along with our SIP phone service. We provide solutions on a standalone basis as well as versions which are fully integrated with Microsoft Teams, giving our customers the choice of which solution best meet their business requirements.
We’ve also continued to innovate and expand on our portfolio of FinTech solutions, which are primarily delivered to financial institutions through our long term strategic partner, Fiserv, the global leader in financial services technology solutions. Today Fiserv offers customer self service, unified communications and contact center solutions powered by Altigen. We’re working with Fiserv to introduce several new AI-based solutions which provide secure telephone access to customer accounts as well as a complete conversational AI platform to facilitate customer service for Fiserv’s financial services customers.
In 2022 we acquired ZAACT Consulting to enhance our ability to offer customers customizable solutions and fully custom application development services. Initially focused on cloud migrations, custom development and staff augmentation services, we’ve expanded the ZAACT offerings to include AI development and IT managed services as part of Altigen Technology Consulting services. We understand that every business has unique needs and take pride in our ability to provide holistic solutions that cater to the diverse needs of our clients. Our goal is not simply to address immediate business challenges but also to build a robust foundation for the sustained success of our customers.

Headquartered in Silicon Valley, today we have more than 60 employees distributed across 5 countries spanning 3 continents, including 24x7 global support operations. Our solution set has grown from developing IP PBX phone systems to full Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), AI Customer Self Service and Technology Consulting Services.
